Guided Meditation with Jodi

This class will help you will learn the fundamentals of meditation/mindfulness and its benefits which will help you:
● improve productivity and decision
making
● increase listening skills
● reduce stress
● improved health and well-being
● increase focus and concentration
Wellness opportunities are FREE for current students, faculty and staff. Classes are taught in a non-judgmental, supportive environment. Classes will reoccur weekly and not required to attend consecutively. This weekly meditation class is located in the lower level of the Gage Memorial Union, in the Eppley room.
